Orders are usually sent within 1-2 business days. We ship USPS. Our shipping department is closed on Saturday and Sunday so orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship on Monday. We are closed for Federal Holidays as well.
If you have specific shipping needs we suggest you CONTACT US prior to placing your order. We can generally accommodate most needs (i.e. overnight shipping).
We allow International shipments to most countries. If you are outside of the USA and would like to place an order please CONTACT US.

Returns are accepted, no questioned asked, as long as they are done within 10 days and you have registered your product through our website (we feel this is enough time to determine if the item(s) in your order are operational and to decide if you wish to keep them). You are responsible for shipping the item back to us inbrand new, unused condition. Once we receive the item we will issue a 100% refund. Your refund will be issued in the same form payment was received, unless other arrangements have been made. We do not reimburse shipping costs. If the mistake is ours, we can generally provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, please contact us for details. We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us- if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do.
Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 10 days.

We understand accidents happen…..you drop stuff, hey we drop stuff. You may have left it out in the rain- no big deal, or maybe you drove over it in your SUV , okay got you covered for that too. Stuff happens and our products can usually take the punishment, we have been making them for a long time and want you to enjoy your purchase for a long time, too.
The only thing we ask is that you follow these terms.
Terms of Lifetime Guarantee: You MUST register your purchase within 30 days from purchase or receipt date through our website to qualify for our Lifetime Guarantee (that was pretty simple)
Now the fine print:
Products are NOT Guaranteed against miss-use or abuse or If unit has been disassembled or re-configured in anyway; If solar panels, battery compartments orcircuit boards have been opened or tampered with in any way this will void the Guarantee.
Nighthawk will replace your unit with a brand new or a “like” brand new unit (at our discretion). Buyer to pay shipping cost of returning unit as well as shipping cost for exchanged unit (fair?)

Shipping to APO and FPO Addresses:
All shipping to APO and FPO addresses will be done via USPS. When entering an order with an APO or FPO address please remember to use “United States” as your shipping country. Your package will be routed to the correct destination no matter where you actually are.
